We started with dog training in 1993 in Denmark with a rottweiler. The programs we started with were IPO and Policedog training. After we had been doing that for a while we bought another dog, so that we could have one to train with each. Our second dog became a malinois, but after that we've only had german sheperds. In 1997 we moved from Denmark to Norway and started dog-training here. In this area of Norway, they were just about to start the IPO/Schützhund programme and we became part of it from the very beginning. Because Hans Erik had already started as a decoy in Denmark, we got a warm welcome. A decoy was just what they needed here to get started. Hans Erik is now certifyed trial decoy and has been doing quite a few trials and a lot of training. He was also decoy at Norsk Vinner in 2000. In September, 2004, he was running at the Norwegian Championship for policedogs. This became a 10 hours long duty, mostly in heavy rain... The pictures to the right are from this event. At the bottom of this page, you can see what the newspaper wrote about it (in norwegian). Lise is web"master" (!) and has after a long break with children etc, just got a dog on her own. Dunja came in the spring 2005 and Dunja is Lises dog. However, as you will see on the pages, our two dogs are also family-members, so both Crok and Dunja belong to the whole family and the kids may sleep with them and train them if they want.
